1Scope & Acceptance

These Terms apply to every transaction between Techniline and its customers. All customers are advised to read and understand these Terms before engaging in any transaction. Quotations are prepared on the basis of the customer’s stated requirements and current product availability. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items quoted meet their requirements and specifications.

2Quotations, Pricing & Validity

• Quoted prices are indicative and subject to the quantity requested; any variation in quantity may affect the price.
•        
• Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
•        
• Quotations issued in a currency other than AED may be revised as a result of significant currency fluctuations.
•        
• Official documentation such as Certificates of Origin, SASO certificates, or legalisation is not included; a handling charge per document will apply and will be added as a separate line item.
•      

3Availability

Stock availability is based on real-time stock levels at the time of enquiry and is subject to change. To avoid disappointment, please place your order as soon as possible.

4Payment Terms

The applicable payment term is confirmed per order, based on the agreement between the parties:

•        
• Advance — the order is processed only upon receipt of advance payment.
•        
• PDC (Post-Dated Cheque) — the order is processed upon receipt of the original post-dated cheque.
•        
• LPO / Credit — the order is processed upon receipt of a signed purchase order; payment is due within the agreed credit period from the date of invoice or delivery as stated on the commercial invoice.
•      

Payment is considered cleared only once we receive formal confirmation from our bank that the funds have been credited to our account.

5Payment Methods

Payment is accepted by Cash, Cheque, and Bank Transfer only, in favour of Techniline Electronics LLC.

• For all international transfers, bank charges are borne by the customer; the net amount received after bank charges is treated as the payment.
•        
• Our bank account details are provided on your quotation or pro forma invoice, or on request. For your security, always verify bank details directly with our accounts team before transferring funds.
•      

6Ownership & Title

Title and ownership of the goods remain with Techniline Electronics LLC until full payment of all invoiced amounts has been received. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

7Delivery & Risk

•        
• Delivery is provided within the UAE, subject to a minimum order value of AED 1,000. Delivery lead times are confirmed at the time of order.
•        
• Unless “freight” is expressly included, goods are supplied Ex Works (ExW) Dubai; Incoterms 2020 apply. Specific packing, labelling, or palletising may attract a surcharge.
•        
• Any shortage, discrepancy, or damage must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
•      

8Returns & Exchanges

•        
• Standard-stock goods may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
•        
• Refunds are redeemable through a credit note only; cash refunds are not provided.
•        
• Customised items are non-returnable. Beyond the applicable period, quality-related returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Conditions apply.
•      

9Warranty

All products — except items marked “Clearance” — are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Extended warranty may be available at an additional cost.

• The original tax invoice serves as evidence for any warranty claim.
•        
• Warranty claims are serviced within the UAE and are subject to the availability of spare parts from the supplier.
•        
• Techniline is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or unauthorised modification.
•      

10Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Cancellations after dispatch may incur a restocking fee.

11Exports, Sanctions & Trade Controls

•        
• The customer or end user is solely responsible for complying with any legislation governing the importation of the goods into the destination country, including clearing the goods for import and paying any import duties and local taxes.
•        
• We are under no obligation to supply goods to any country, entity, or individual subject to sanctions or trade restrictions administered by the United Nations, European Union, United Kingdom, or United States authorities, or where prohibited by the manufacturer or supplier of the relevant goods.
•        
• The customer must inform us at the time of order of any intention to export or re-export the goods, and warrants that neither it nor its affiliates are subject to sanctions.
•        
• The customer shall not sell or deliver goods to purchasers outside the GCC without our prior written consent, and must comply with any resale restrictions imposed by the manufacturer.
•      

12Value Added Tax (VAT)

Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of VAT, which is charged at the prevailing rate. A valid Tax Invoice compliant with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements is issued for each supply.

A Pro Forma Invoice is not a Tax Invoice and cannot be used to reclaim input VAT. A valid Tax Invoice is issued upon receipt of payment or on delivery.

13Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all transactions governed by them are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.

14Amendments to These Terms

Techniline Electronics LLC reserves the right to amend, modify, or revise any part of these Terms at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The version of these Terms in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
