DELIVERY POLICY

www.techniline.org will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. A Single order maybe split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and / or weight limits for parcels by the courier/postal company. The cardholder should be aware of the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

We offer free delivery for products priced above 500 AED. If the amount is less than 500 AED we will charge a delivery fee. You need to show valid documents(Emirates ID or Passport) and email copy of your proof of purchase upon delivery. You can also opt for pick up at store without any charges, in this case we accept only cash.

Saturday – Wednesday – 3 Working Day

Thursday & Friday: Within -  5 Working Days

We also deliver to Oman,Kuwait and Bahrain. We charge 20% of the total invoice amount as delivery and custom charges for all other GCC nations except UAE. No cash on delivery option is available. Delivery takes 5-7 working days.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We accept returns on most of our items, and are able to offer either an exchange or refund considering that the item returned is in sellable condition.
Our return period is 7 days. Returns not in sellable condition or with accessories or manuals missing will not be refunded.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, this happens within one business day. Hence, we give you the possibility to cancel your order at a very early stage. If this is the case, please send us a request through the “Contact us” form and we will take care of everything!

However, if your order has been shipped we would not be able to cancel it. At that point your next best option is to return the item if you aren’t satisfied with it and you will be reimbursed.

To cancel a order please send an email to support@techniline.org or call +971 4 238 4000. Orders can be cancelled initially just before the order confirmation email. There will be a grace period of 4 hours even after the order confirmation where the customer would still cancel the order without any cancellation fees.
