DELIVERY POLICY

www.techniline.org will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. A Single order maybe split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and / or weight limits for parcels by the courier/postal company. The cardholder should be aware of the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

We offer free delivery for products priced above 500 AED. If the amount is less than 500 AED we will charge a delivery fee. You need to show valid documents(Emirates ID or Passport) and email copy of your proof of purchase upon delivery. You can also opt for pick up at store without any charges, in this case we accept only cash.

Saturday – Wednesday – 3 Working Day

Thursday & Friday: Within -  5 Working Days

We also deliver to Oman. No cash on delivery option is available. Delivery takes 5-7 working days.

For orders Below 500 AED , Charges will be AED 75

For orders Below 1000 AED, charges will be AED 100

For orders Above 1000 AED to AED 2000, charges will be AED 200

For orders Above AED 2000, charges will be AED 250

Return & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final, no exchange or return will be offered for a change of heart or if the item is an unwanted gift.

  • Any defective or faulty items within seven days of purchase will be accepted and reviewed, if the fault is found to be a manufacturing defect the item will be evaluated for a repair or an exchange for another unit of the same model.

  • Unopened items can be exchanged within seven days, provided that the item is unused and in the original packaging.

  • No cash refunds will be available for returned items, a returned item can either be replaced or exchanged.

  • Items must be returned with all tags attached, in their original shipping carton and packaging.

  • If the item is not repairable, a replacement of the same model will be offered.

  • If a replacement of the same model is not available in case of a return due to un-repairable fault, an alternative model will be made available. This item will be billed at it’s list price and the difference from the invoiced item will need to be paid by the customer or will be compensated with a credit note.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the original proof of purchase is not produced with the item.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet our regulations or are no longer sellable for other reasons.

  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at anytime without notice.

All the above mentioned points are in accordance with the UAE Laws.

Cancellation Policy

Once the order has been placed, it takes us 1 hour to process the order and ship it at the next available shipping slot. A customer is given an option to cancel the order in the 1 hour buffer period post which no requests for cancellations will be entertained.
