Minors below the age of 18 are not allowed to buy and therefore require either parents or guardians to order on their behalf. 

We hold all rights to modify and amend the existing terms and conditions under any circumstances. The terms and conditions will reflect during the buying process. 

The Site is provided without any warranties or guarantees and in an "As Is" condition. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Site. The Site provides content from other Internet sites or resources and while we try to ensure that material included on the Site is correct, reputable and of high quality, Techniline Electronics LLC or it's associates cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. Techniline will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems you may experience with the Site. This disclaimer does not apply to any product warranty offered by the manufacturer of the product as specified in the product specifications. Without prejudice to the generality of the section above, the total liability of Techniline to you for all liabilities arising out of this User Agreement be it in tort or contract is limited to the value of the product ordered by you. Techniline, its associates and technology partners make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, correctness and/or timeliness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided on or through the use of the Site or that the operation of the Site will be error free and/or uninterrupted. Consequently, Techniline assumes no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by you on account of the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Site; and/or any interruption or errors in the operation of the Site 

Techniline will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. Making an attempt to sell products claiming Techniline's identity. 

We accept payments online using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and mada credit/debit card in AED. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile. Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to transact online. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. 

Payfort is the payment gateway opted by Techniline Electronics for online payments. It is one of the reputed and secure gateways in the Middle East. If a person still feels insecure in paying online he/she can opt for cash on delivery facility (COD) or make an order online and pick it up by visiting our store in Dubai. 

He/She also agrees that Techniline Electronics may communicate by email, phone or posting notices in the website. You also agree that Techniline Electronics can send newsletters if opted to let you inform the new products, musical events etc. You can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the footer anytime or by email. 

You are not supposed to tamper the contents of the newsletters, registration emails and distribute to third parties.We promise to deliver you spam free information. 

All information including but not limited to data, images, icons, logo etc are the property of either Techniline Electronics LLC or its suppliers and it is protected by international copyright, and trademarks. 

The name MusicMajlis and logos are registered by Techniline Electronics LLC. Linking its brand name or logo with any other products which it does not deal with may cause discredit and hence forbidden. All other brand names and logos that appear on this website are the property of their respective owners who may or may not be affiliated with us

• Visa and Master Card transactions in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) will be accepted for payment 
• We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Our vision is to bring together the widest catalogue of musical instruments and audio equipment in the Middle East. While we make the greatest efforts to ensure that products listed on our website are available for immediate order and delivery, this is not always possible for reasons out of our control.  For which reason, we cannot guarantee that models listed on our website are available in immediate stock for order and delivery. We assure not to process payments in a case where a product from a placed order is not available in stock and offer pre-order options, alternative models, and refund/cancellation of the order. 

Product information on our website is indicative of product features and specifications. We do not mandate to have all product information or specifications mentioned on our website or product pages. It is the responsibility of the customer to conduct their own research on the product manufacturer's websites regarding specific features/specifications/included parts prior to making a purchase.  
  

Bulk / Special Orders 

Any order where a special discount is negotiated and agreed upon, is considered a Bulk / Special Order regardless of the quantity of items.  
 

- All billing of Bulk / Special Orders will take place through Techniline Electronics LLC, the owner of MusicMajlis, and not through the website. 

- We do not have the option to accept card payments for Bulk / Special Orders orders, and can only accept Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer. 

- For Bulk / Special Orders above a value of AED 15,000, an 80% advance payment would be required to secure the items prior to delivery/collection. 

- Any purchase orders against Bulk / Special Orders must be drafted towards Techniline Electronics LLC. 

- Standard Delivery times are not applicable for Bulk / Special Orders. 

- Rewards points cannot be earned on nor redeemed against Bulk / Special Orders. 

- If suspected of breaching any of our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel/withdraw all rewards and points expel the customer/respective person from our Rewards Programme.
