DESCRIPTION
Eminence's Impero 12A 12" 8 ohm speaker offers 1,100 watts RMS power handling and superb bass response, thanks to its substantial and well-engineered ceramic magnet system.
The Eminence Impero 12A 12" high power pro audio speaker is optimized for use in vented enclosures. Its 1,100 watt continuous power rating is a result of Eminence's extensive experience designing and manufacturing loudspeaker drivers for serious professional use.
This 12" cast frame transducer features a 4" diameter copper voice coil that is wound on a fiberglass former. A large magnet, extended and vented pole piece, bumped back plate, and 1/2" thick x 7-1/2" diameter top plate ensure substantial motor strength, resulting in tremendous bass output.
The Impero 12A's performance is ideal for full-range 2-way top boxes, 2-way boxes over subs, bass guitar boxes, and compact subwoofer speaker systems. Recommended enclosure volume: Vented: 33.98 ~ 118.9 liters / 1.2 ~ 4.2 cu. ft.
