Eminence's D-fend™ SA300 is the loudspeaker industry's first all-digital, programmable loudspeaker protection and attenuation system that is specifically designed to solve problems associated with overpowering speakers.
With the Eminence D-fend loudspeaker protection system, there are no more worries about blown speakers and subwoofers, HF drivers, or crossovers. Even worse... fire caused by excessive heat! Not only does D-fend keep your system safe, but your venue and audience as well.
The user simply sets the thresholds, and D-fend monitors and limits the amount of input power it passes through to the loudspeaker. A built-in USB port connects to your laptop or desktop PC for programming D-fend's parameters to your specifications. Just set it and forget it.
